In Contact

I love a blue sky and I love the sun. But not to sun bathe. On a beach. Not at all any more! I like to bathe in salt sea and I like to walk along the shore. And everywhere else. To explore the macro and micro world.

sunny sky
most tender balm for bodies
yours close to mine
both dressed in nature
the cosy bay style

In first read my tanka perhaps doesn’t give the impression of having with growth to do. But it is meant to. It’s harder – with lots of struggle – to grow by oneself – it’s possible of course. But so much easier to grow together with others …. I think.

in contact
like seed and raindrops
we grow deeper

Finally ….

…. I hope for a blue sky tomorrow.

Ilsken Hand

ilsken hand
fick musiken att glöda
i mitt öra

… upp i huvudet.

Dubbelbottnat. Underfundigt. Känslorna är på plats.

Barns Rätt

Jag blev så nedstämd av nyheterna idag. All energi bara rann ur mig.

Men något höll mig tillbaka.

Utan filt.

Sun over icy Danube, Budapest

Skrivpuff: Vänta på mig.

Soon!

No poem popped up today. Nor when I took my bath neither during my long walk. I miss that because it’s so funny when they are popping. I also missed the film shooting outside the Opera today. I was too late. Had spent too much time indoors. The cold bite my cheeks. I don’t like!  Not anymore! I have done that stuff enough. The cold things like figure skating and skiing. Now I only want warm weather and blue sky. Longing so much after early spring in Budapest. All my journeys are booked. Going back this week and coming back in February. Back there and back here. Home there and ‘home’ here.

hit by memory
and the magnolia blossom was stuck
to my chest

A poem did pop up! I almost forgot. Walking along the Danube today I thought about spring and the lovely flowering Magnolia trees outside Vigadó. I use to take photos of them.
Now quickly rushing into my files … to prove that I don’t lie …

The first here from 2015 -03- 26.

64/5000 a pink arrow hit and the blooming magnolia attached on my chest
This one from 2016-04-03 … and the same tree.

64/5000 a pink arrow hit and the blooming magnolia attached on my chest

… I am an honest one … for sure!

Ah … that blue shiny sky … and spring … less clothes … soon!

With Crimped Edge

The radio is on during my night. Now and then I wake up and listen. Then I go back to sleep. This night – welcoming a Sunday – I woke up to sacred hymns. I don’t like ”the sacred” but sometimes I like ”the hymns”. Hymns often give me nice childhood memories. My dear Aunt was a wonderful singer and a strong believer. I’m not!

I listened to the beautiful song ”Strålande stjärna” (also called Gläns över sjö och strand, Bethlehem star) In the program I see they played the song in 3 different versions.

I woke up to the last …

strålande stjärna
som en bankad mässingsskiva
med krusad kant

… probably it was disturbing me. And that poem popped up in my head.

glorious star
as a beaten slab of brass
with crimped edge

Couldn’t go to sleep for a long time after …

Traditional … and … the other (on Spotify).

And now I wonder …

… if some part of my brain is allert and awake … when I’m asleep?

Ps. Listening again when I’m awake_awake I find it not so bad but isn’t it too languishing slow!?

A kind of infinite music and questioning … like dancing around ”the point is”…
