Inom en minut är den dumme bedövad och precis bråkdelen av en sekund innan den dumma handlingen skadar någon.Den dumme tilldelas det nyinstiftade straffet att städa i världshaven. Straffet är livslångt. Den dumme får aldrig mer gå iland. Den dumme ska leva i en bubbla som flyter på haven i ur och skur, i lugn och storm. Det är sörjt för näringsintag och utsläpp i bubblan. Allt räknas ut av CXW511 som tillsammaans med sina praktikanter cxw511_0-9999 överblickar så ingen lider nöd.
CXZ110 har räknat ut att till 2068 kommer allt skräp i världshaven att vara insamlat och förstört. Om de tvåbenta figurerna fortsätter att vara lika dumma.
På så sätt kan de snälla figurerna fortsätta att skapa robotar tillsammans med QIQ-arna för jordens och de närmaste planeternas fortsatta utveckling och bosättning.
