Värdet av en Langos

Skrivpuff: Värd.
Torsdagstema: I like.

I Sverige i Lund
ligger priset på 50 kr.
I Budapest kostar den
200 ungerska forint.

200 forint är knappt 7 kr.

Tala om olika värde på samma delikatess!
Behöver jag skriva att jag gillar langos 😉 …….?

Tips! Åk till Ungern – du kan lätt spara in resan – om du förstår vad jag menar 😉

Good old experiences

Daily Prompts: Salad Days.
Is there a period in your own personal life that you think of as the good old days? Tell us a story about those innocent and/or exciting times (or lack thereof)

No, not exactly. But I think about my teenage life as a lot of fun in a life with good music and lots of friends.
Actually I don’t feel very comfortable with thinking in terms of ”good old days”. I like more to think about periods in my life that brought a lot of experiences to me.

The time in my life that brought lots of interesting and exciting memories to me is when I lived in the United Arab Emirates. So different from my usual life in Sweden. I had the opportunity to get to know many arab friends in the country as well as arab friends from other countries – from the Middle or Far East – yes friends from all over the world. I lived in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We travelled all over the seven Emirates. This is the period in my life that I appreciate the most. People were so friendly and openminded. I learnt a lot about humans, different cultures and ways of living.

This happened in the early 80-ties.

No – just wait

Daily Prompt: Waiting room.
”Good things come to those who wait.” Do you agree? How long is it reasonable to wait for something you really want?

HAIKU – Senryu

No, I don’t agree!
Good things come to all of us.
Just wait and you’ll see.
