History – For Now

walking
the lonesome way
for now

a road
away from all
of you

you meet
in no understanding
of me

that life
was a story
no more

some lives
are nothing at all
but hurt

one life
between dark and light
a choice

for life
some enlightened melody
my choice

that history
with patterns in footsteps
sucks

absolved
the exempted droplet
in mind

some lines
not for your eyes
at all

only one
among all the others
talk

if not
what else turns for sure
to do

…  a kind of question … but not to be answered …

Popping-Ups … saved for future arrangements … of mine …

Thinking about ...

Something hurts

Today has been a tired day. Well I went my walk. Today between two bridges and then up to the Castle area – and back again. Stopped to shop some bottles of Champagne since they still have discount. Good to have stored. Also to the health shop to by different seeds for my delicious seed crackers. Which I eat with goat cheese. Not chèvre or fresh – just a real hard cheese. That’s my favorite.

Just checked my fitbit and it showed over 10 000 steps. Well done Birgitta!

But anyway – I am tired today.

eyelids heavy
shoulders loose and low
something hurts

Very tired now …

With Crimped Edge

The radio is on during my night. Now and then I wake up and listen. Then I go back to sleep. This night – welcoming a Sunday – I woke up to sacred hymns. I don’t like ”the sacred” but sometimes I like ”the hymns”. Hymns often give me nice childhood memories. My dear Aunt was a wonderful singer and a strong believer. I’m not!

I listened to the beautiful song ”Strålande stjärna” (also called Gläns över sjö och strand, Bethlehem star) In the program I see they played the song in 3 different versions.

I woke up to the last …

strålande stjärna
som en bankad mässingsskiva
med krusad kant

… probably it was disturbing me. And that poem popped up in my head.

glorious star
as a beaten slab of brass
with crimped edge

Couldn’t go to sleep for a long time after …

Traditional … and … the other (on Spotify).

And now I wonder …

… if some part of my brain is allert and awake … when I’m asleep?

Ps. Listening again when I’m awake_awake I find it not so bad but isn’t it too languishing slow!?

A kind of infinite music and questioning … like dancing around ”the point is”…
